Nolan Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a respected property company seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Negotiator to join their growing team.

About the role

You will manage a portfolio of properties across Assisted Move and Part Exchange schemes, negotiate offers, liaise with buyers and vendors, and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish. You will also provide regular market updates, complete Anti-Money Laundering checks, maintain accurate CRM records, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout each transaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of properties across Assisted Move and Part Exchange schemes.
  • Provide regular feedback and market updates to vendors.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers, vendors, and developer clients.
  • Complete essential Anti-Money Laundering checks on prospective buyers.
  • Produce accurate memorandum of sales and maintain compliant records.
  • Build strong relationships with buyers, vendors, local agents, and internal teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date records within the CRM system.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and manage expectations throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare weekly activity and property status reports.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to manage expectations professionally.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Able to prioritise workload effectively and manage a busy caseload.
  • High level of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience working as a Sales Negotiator.
