What will the interview process be like?

  • First stage: A casual 15–20 minute call to get to know you and your experience, and to talk about Nolan and the opportunity we have for you.
  • Second stage: A competency-based task will be given to you to complete in a set time frame, so we can see your abilities and way of working.
  • Third stage: A more formal face-to-face interview to discuss the job responsibilities and how you fit the job role.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to a customer led approach to Project Delivery.
  • Provide and present data for project reporting, to ensure consistent delivery of information to clients.
  • Take the initial hand over from sales, setting up the required customer folders and database records, ensuring that all the relevant information from Sales is present and filed correctly.
  • Look after the generic email account for Projects, dealing with simple enquiries and directing other enquires to relevant team members, also using the associated calendar to invite and track all customer teams calls and on-site meetings/workshops.
  • Provide general administration support for the Head of Projects.
  • Performs other duties as required, which are reasonable within the scope of the role.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with clients and people at all levels of organisation.
  • Detail orientated with strong IT skills.
  • Experience in office applications, i.e. Word and Excel.
  • Desire to learn and open to take direction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the wider business team.
  • An interest/knowledge of IT systems development and/or the Tech industry.
  • At least 1 year of full or part time work experience.

Along with the above, you should be willing to share ideas, learn new technology, be enthusiastic about your work, be able to work on your own initiative and develop close and sustainable relationships with your clients and colleagues.

We work to a hybrid working model with 2 days per week spent in our offices in Fleet, Hampshire and 3 days working remotely.
