Join Nokwol, an exciting and rapidly growing footwear brand located at our flagship store on King’s Road, Chelsea.
Our store is a high-traffic destination, known for blending bold Nokwol designs with an exclusive curation of multibrand footwear.
We are now seeking a reliable and highly organised Stockroom Manager & Back-of-House Runner to lead our stock operations. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring smooth and efficient stock flow to support the front-of-house team in delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all stockroom operations, including deliveries, storage, inventory counts, and organisation
- Ensure stock is accurately tracked, safely stored, and easily accessible
- Support the sales floor by running product quickly and efficiently during busy periods
- Maintain a clean, efficient, and compliant back-of-house environment
- Liaise closely with the retail team and store management to anticipate stock needs and priorities
- Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and transfers as needed
- Assist in preparing stock for promotional periods and product launches
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a stockroom, logistics, or warehouse-based retail role
- Extremely organised with strong time management skills
- Physically able to move boxes and product regularly throughout the day
- A proactive problem-solver with great attention to detail
- A team player who understands the vital role stock plays in retail success
- Able to work 40 hours per week across 5 consistent shifts, including Saturday and Sundays.
