Regional Manager
Location: London, with travel between stores
Salary: £70,000+, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-time, permanent
Nokwol is entering an ambitious 12-month store rollout, and we need a Regional Manager to drive it. This is a hands-on, multi-site role reporting to Directors and Senior Management, covering in-store operations, recruitment, new store openings, performance management and people development.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-Site Operations
- Oversee store performance and day-to-day operations across the region
- Own rotas, staff training, in-store standards, visual display, BOH standards, stocktakes and shrinkage
New Store Openings
- Lead site launches: store setup, merchandising, staffing and opening activity
- Travel to new locations as required; help establish best-practice operating processes
People Development
- Coach and mentor Store Managers and Assistant Managers
Commercial Performance
- Drive sales, profitability and productivity targets
- Analyse performance and identify opportunities to grow
Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and presentation
- Hit stock accuracy and shrinkage targets
Working Hours & Flexibility
Fixed schedule: Sunday plus one weekday off. Extensive travel between stores is essential. Flexibility is required, especially during store openings and peak trading — you lead from the front.
