With ambitious growth plans over the next 12 months across our Nokwol and Naked Wolfe brands, we’re expanding our finance team with the addition of an experienced Management Accountant based in our head office just off Tottenham Court Road.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Management Accountant will be responsible for producing accurate financial information, budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis to support business objectives.
  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • UK & EU VAT returns and reporting
  • Cash flow reporting
  • Variance analysis
  • Supporting audits
  • Business partnering with department heads
  • Process improvement initiatives

About You

  • Qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Experience in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Previous experience working within a small to medium-sized organisation, with the ability to operate in a hands-on role and manage a broad range of accounting responsibilities.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as NetSuite, Business Central, or similar platforms (we use Fulfil.io).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
