This position will be based in our Oxford UK office.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for sales/technical support of our products within Ukraine, Eastern & Central Europe.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will speak, read, and write Russian.
  • Hold electrical engineering or trade qualifications.
  • Have experience interfacing directly with Distribution Network Service Providers.
  • Understand medium voltage switchgear and/or protection products.
  • Experience traveling to and selling products into Russia is preferred but not essential.
  • The role may involve travel to Europe, interfacing directly with NOJA Power’s customers, supporting exclusive distributors and sub‑distributors, and providing technical presentations and training within this region.

Qualifications:

  • Direct Business Development experience in Ukraine and Eastern & Central Europe is highly regarded.

Salary commensurate with experience.
