Noisy Oyster Seafood Bistro is a new exciting concept from the team behind Firebird restaurant serving oysters, fish and seafood alongside simple, seasonal vegetable-based dishes with cocktails and wines in a relaxed and approachable atmosphere. We are an independent women‑led business, working with local and sustainable suppliers and fresh ingredients.
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Chef de Partie (Senior CDP) to join our team.
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience working with fish and seafood.
- Experienced in both service and prep (3+ years in chef roles with at least 1 year managing a section).
- Has a proven ability to run a section independently and maintain consistency under pressure.
- Someone hard‑working and dedicated to high standards of work.
- Possesses a \”can‑do\” attitude, positive and outgoing.
