Noisy Oyster Seafood Bistro is a new exciting concept from the team behind Firebird restaurant serving oysters, fish and seafood alongside simple, seasonal vegetable-based dishes with cocktails and wines in a relaxed and approachable atmosphere. We are an independent women‑led business, working with local and sustainable suppliers and fresh ingredients. We are looking for dedicated and experienced Senior Chef de Partie (Senior CDP) to join our team.
The ideal candidate:
- Has experience working with fish and seafood.
- Experienced in both service and prep (3+ years in chef roles with at least 1 year managing a section).
- Has a proven ability to run a section independently and maintain consistency under pressure.
- Someone hard‑working and dedicated to high standards of work.
- Possesses a \’can-do\’ attitude, positive and outgoing.
