Noisy Oyster Seafood Bistro is an exciting concept celebrating its 1st anniversary. A second restaurant from the team behind Firebird in Soho. At Noisy Oyster, we are serving oysters, fish and seafood alongside simple, seasonal vegetable-based dishes with signature mini-martinis, cocktails and wines in a relaxed and approachable atmosphere. We are an independent women-led business, working with local and sustainable suppliers and fresh ingredients.
This is a full-time (48 hours a week) on-site role based in Shoreditch (London) for an ambitious Head Chef to join the team at Noisy Oyster. The Head Chef will be fully responsible for the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality seafood dishes in line with the restaurant's standards.
