This is a full-time (48 hours a week) on-site role based in Shoreditch, London for an ambitious Head Chef to join the team at Noisy Oyster. The Head Chef will be fully responsible for the daily kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and presentation of high-quality seafood dishes in line with the restaurant's standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Hiring, training and managing kitchen staff
