Job Overview:
The award-winning Noiser podcast network is looking for an experienced Head of Production to oversee the execution of Noiser\’s growing slate of podcasts. This role will manage contract negotiations, budgets, and scheduling. Working closely with our creative, commercial, and operations teams, you’ll help shape the future direction of our content and drive the growth of one of the UK’s leading podcast companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing a production strategy with the senior leadership team.
- Budget Management: Overseeing and controlling production spending across multiple projects.
- Schedule Management: Monitoring capacity and allocating production resources effectively to ensure projects adhere to timelines.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts with staff and key partners.
- Team Leadership: Supervising and coordinating the work of production staff, including producers, editors, writers, and freelancers.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks during production.
- Quality Control: Ensuring productions meet quality and creative standards.
- Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and union agreements.
