Noiser is one of the UK’s biggest podcast production companies working with top class talent and specialising in History Podcasts and Audiobooks. We are seeking a freelance Finance Assistant for maternity cover, 20 hours per week, 100% remote working with occasional in-person meetings from October 2026 for a duration of 9-12 months.
The Role
- Managing emails including receipts, invoices, expenses enquiries and day-to-day accounts
- Creating sales invoices
- Bank reconciliation
- Payroll and Pension admin
- Month End journals
- VAT returns quarterly
About You
- Excellent communication skills and good experience in speaking with staff, senior leaders and external partners
- At least one year’s experience using Xero accounting software
- Strong Excel user
- Experience of month end journals, payroll and VAT returns
- Live within 1 hour travel distance of Petersfield, Hampshire
