After recently winning Best Creative Campaign of the year by the Drum and leading 6 challenger brands to multi-market scale in 12 months, we’re now looking to enhance our team with a Senior Social Creative.
Our services include: Digital strategy, Social Creative, full funnel paid management, Influencer and brand collabs and above the line creative. We’re a team operating out of London, NY and LA and servicing brands primarily in Europe and Northern America. Our ambition is to become the world's leading full-stack marketing partner for challenger brands.

The Role
As Senior Social Creative, you’ll lead and develop creative for organic and paid social, brand strategies through to out of home and influencer campaigns. You’ll play a key role in shaping and evolving our creative output as we grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead creative strategy across multiple client accounts, balancing always-on activity with larger campaign moments.
- Partner with our Creative Director and leadership team to evolve our creative offering and standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of Social Creatives and Content Creators, elevating creative thinking, execution, and craft.
- Translate cultural and platform trends into social-led ideas that spark conversation and drive engagement.
- Lead ideation and present creative strategies in client pitches and campaign kickoffs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand brand vision and translate this into standout, platform-specific creative.
- Contribute hands-on with copywriting, art direction, and moodboarding.
- Attend, lead, and direct content shoots — ensuring quality, creativity, and alignment to platform best practice.
- Work closely with internal Strategy, Paid Media, and Client Service teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing campaigns.
- Support the growth of the creative department through talent development, workflow improvement, and hiring input.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in a Social Creative role.
- Strong art direction skills and confident, concise copy.
- Strong Client Facing Ability across pitching, presenting and creative management.
- Deep understanding of social platforms, audiences, and cultural trends.
- Ability to develop fresh, standout creative across BAU content and campaign concepts.
- Collaborative working style across Creative, Client Services, Strategy and Paid teams.
- Confident understanding of content performance and how creative influences results.
- Agency experience preferred, but not required.
