Location: London (Hybrid) Experience: 3+ years in paid social & PPC \\n\\n________________________________\\n\\n Were a social-first agency helping brands cut through the noise with creative campaigns that connect. From TikTok to YouTube, Meta to Pinterest, we manage thousands in monthly ad spend for some of the most exciting consumer brands around and were looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join the team. \\n\\n If you love data, creative problem-solving and the thrill of seeing performance climb, this ones for you.

\\n\\n Youll manage and optimise paid campaigns across social and search platforms Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Google delivering measurable results for our clients. Youll work closely with our creative, strategy and client teams to plan campaigns, boost content, and turn insight into action. \\n\\n Youll be trusted to manage serious budgets, make smart decisions, and constantly experiment to improve performance.

\\n\\n Paid Media Management \\n\\n Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest \\n\\n Lead ongoing optimisation and test-and-learn agendas trialling new formats, audiences and creative approaches to continuously improve performance \\n\\n Support on content boosting and always-on activity to maximise performance \\n\\n Monitor performance against KPIs, from engagement and traffic to conversions and ROAS \\n\\n Contribute to brand uplift and performance studies, helping prove campaign effectiveness \\n\\n Work with Account Managers to translate goals into paid strategies that deliver \\n\\n Partner with creative teams to shape ad copy, visuals and formats that truly convert \\n\\n 3+ years in paid media, with hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager and at least two of: TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads \\n\\n Solid understanding of paid search and performance marketing principles \\n\\n Good communication and client relationship skills you can explain performance in plain English \\n\\n Youll get to manage serious ad budgets and shape campaigns for brands people actually care about.
