The Role
You will manage and optimise paid campaigns across social and search platforms – Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Google – delivering measurable results for our clients. You will work closely with our creative, strategy and client teams to plan campaigns, boost content, and turn insight into action. This role is a mix of hands-on execution and strategic thinking. You will be trusted to manage serious budgets, make smart decisions, and constantly experiment to improve performance.
What You Will Be Doing
- Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
- Run paid search campaigns in Google Ads, managing keywords, bids and copy to drive ROI.
- Manage monthly budgets across multiple clients, ensuring every pound is working hard.
- Build conversion tracking, set up pixels and troubleshoot attribution where needed.
- Lead ongoing optimisation and test-and-learn agendas – trialling new formats, audiences and creative approaches to continuously improve performance.
- Support on content boosting and always-on activity to maximise performance.
Insights & Reporting
- Analyse results and pull actionable insights to inform next steps.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards (Meta, GA4, internal tracking tools).
- Monitor performance against KPIs, from engagement and traffic to conversions and ROAS.
- Contribute to brand uplift and performance studies, helping prove campaign effectiveness.
- Work with Account Managers to translate goals into paid strategies that deliver.
- Contribute to client calls and reports with clear, confident explanations of results.
- Partner with creative teams to shape ad copy, visuals and formats that truly convert.
- Stay up to speed on trends, platform updates and new opportunities for clients.
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years in paid media, with hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager and at least two of: TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads.
- Solid understanding of paid search and performance marketing principles.
- Confident managing large monthly budgets and optimising for results.
- Experience using GA4, Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting instincts – you know what makes people click.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable insight.
- Good communication and client relationship skills – you can explain performance in plain English.
- Organised, proactive and excited to experiment, test and learn.
