The Role

You’ll manage and optimise paid campaigns across social and search platforms – Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and Google – delivering measurable results for our clients. You’ll work closely with our creative, strategy and client teams to plan campaigns, boost content, and turn insight into action. This role is a mix of hands-on execution and strategic thinking. You’ll be trusted to manage serious budgets, make smart decisions, and constantly experiment to improve performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Paid Media Management
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest
  • Run paid search campaigns in Google Ads, managing keywords, bids and copy to drive ROI
  • Manage monthly budgets across multiple clients, ensuring every pound is working hard
  • Build conversion tracking, set up pixels and troubleshoot attribution where needed
  • Lead ongoing optimisation and test-and-learn agendas – trialling new formats, audiences and creative approaches to continuously improve performance
  • Support on content boosting and always-on activity to maximise performance
  • Insights & Reporting
    • Analyse results and pull actionable insights to inform next steps
    • Build and maintain reporting dashboards (Meta, GA4, internal tracking tools)
    • Monitor performance against KPIs, from engagement and traffic to conversions and ROAS
    • Contribute to brand uplift and performance studies, helping prove campaign effectiveness
    • Work with Account Managers to translate goals into paid strategies that deliver
    • Contribute to client calls and reports with clear, confident explanations of results
    • Partner with creative teams to shape ad copy, visuals and formats that truly convert
    • Stay up to speed on trends, platform updates and new opportunities for clients

    What You’ll Bring

    • 3+ years in paid media, with hands-on experience across Meta Ads Manager and at least two of: TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, Pinterest Ads, Google Ads
    • Solid understanding of paid search and performance marketing principles
    • Confident managing large monthly budgets and optimising for results
    • Experience using GA4, Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools
    • Strong copywriting instincts – you know what makes people click
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn numbers into clear, actionable insight
    • Good communication and client relationship skills – you can explain performance in plain English
    • Organised, proactive and excited to experiment, test and learn
