NOIRA is a luxury mobile wellness brand delivering premium massage and wellness experiences across London. We are currently looking for a highly proactive, polished, and commercially driven individual to help grow the brand through partnerships, outreach, client relations, and business development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, and helping an ambitious luxury startup grow from the ground.
Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with luxury hotels, concierge companies, gyms, wellness studios, private offices, events, residential buildings, and lifestyle brands
- Conduct outreach and follow‑ups to generate new business opportunities and recurring clients
- Support client communication, lead management, and booking coordination
- Help increase memberships, repeat bookings, and brand visibility across London
- Coordinate therapist schedules and assist with smooth day‑to‑day booking operations
- Assist with therapist onboarding coordination, screening calls, and interview scheduling when required
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to support long‑term growth
- Provide weekly updates on partnerships, leads, outreach activity, and business development progress
Qualifications
- Based in London
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, organised, and proactive
- Comfortable with outreach, networking, partnerships, and client-facing work
- Hospitality, luxury, wellness, events, PR, concierge, sales, or business development background preferred
- Able to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong understanding of luxury client experience and presentation
- Social media awareness is a plus
