Our client is a well-established legal technology company delivering cloud-based software to customers across the UK, Ireland, and Australia. They are looking for a hands-on DevOps / Platform Support Engineer to help keep their Kubernetes platforms stable, secure, and running smoothly.

This role is focused on monitoring, incident response, and day-to-day platform support, working closely with an international DevOps team to support live and staging environments.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Monitoring production platforms using Grafana and Lens.
  • Responding to alerts and resolving live incidents.
  • Supporting Kubernetes operations, including failed startups, resource issues, and upgrades.
  • Troubleshooting GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment issues.
  • Supporting live and staging environments, including certificates, databases, and releases.
  • Assisting with migrations and maintaining Azure-hosted SQL.
  • Working with global teams to improve platform reliability and operations.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong experience supporting Kubernetes in production.
  • Hands-on experience with Grafana and alerting tools.
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD, ideally GitLab.
  • Experience with Azure infrastructure and Azure SQL.
  • Confident troubleshooting live systems in a support-focused DevOps role.
