Our client, a growing technology-led organisation, is seeking a Development Manager to take ownership of engineering delivery and lead a high-performing development team.
This is a hybrid role (3 days in the office) where you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, ensuring projects are planned effectively, executed reliably, and delivered in line with business objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software engineers.
