  • Promote AI-assisted testing and quality engineering practices as the business continues to modernise its software delivery capabilities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading QA teams within a software, FinTech or financial services environment, with a strong understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • Experience delivering enterprise SaaS platforms, investment or wealth management solutions, and working with distributed engineering teams would be highly beneficial.
  • An inspiring leader who is passionate about building high-performing teams, driving continuous improvement and ensuring software quality remains central to every release.
