Our client is a well-established legal technology company delivering cloud-based software to customers across the UK, Ireland, and Australia. They are looking for a hands-on DevOps / Platform Support Engineer to help keep their Kubernetes platforms stable, secure, and running smoothly.
This role is focused on monitoring, incident response, and day-to-day platform support, working closely with an international DevOps team to support live and staging environments.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitoring production platforms using Grafana and Lens.
- Responding to alerts and resolving live incidents.
- Supporting Kubernetes operations, including failed startups, resource issues, and upgrades.
- Troubleshooting GitLab CI/CD pipelines and deployment issues.
- Supporting live and staging environments, including certificates, databases, and releases.
- Assisting with migrations and maintaining Azure-hosted SQL.
- Working with global teams to improve platform reliability and operations.
What you’ll bring:
- Strong experience supporting Kubernetes in production.
- Hands-on experience with Grafana and alerting tools.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD, ideally GitLab.
- Experience with Azure infrastructure and Azure SQL.
- Confident troubleshooting live systems in a support-focused DevOps role.
