Noel Jones Maroondah is a thriving and highly regarded business in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs. This position is based in our Croydon office. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a Sales Administration role, providing valuable support to our very busy sales team. At Noel Jones, we are a team of passionate, hardworking and down-to-earth people who pride ourselves on creating a supportive and positive workplace. The Role
Hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00-5.30pm. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing sales administration tasks, including data entry, appraisals, listings and sales file management
- Preparing marketing materials and assisting with seasonal office promotions
- Managing social media accounts and content as required
- Liaising with clients and conveyancers
- Assisting with reporting, compliance and general administrative processes
- Supporting event coordination
- Managing office supplies and contributing to the smooth day-to-day operation of the office
- Providing a professional first point of contact for clients and enquiries, including light reception duties

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

- Agents Representative Certificate, car and drivers’ licence preferred
