Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, well-sequenced Maths lessons across relevant Key Stages
• Build pupils\’ fluency, reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Use assessment intelligently to identify misconceptions and secure strong progress
• Contribute to an ambitious, inclusive curriculum designed to support all learners
• Work closely with colleagues, including the Curriculum Director and Lead Practitioner for Maths
• Support pupils with SEND and other vulnerable learners through effective strategies and interventions
• Promote excellent behaviour, strong learning habits and a culture of high aspiration
• Engage fully in professional development, coaching and collaborative improvement

• The ability to teach engaging, well-structured lessons

• Effective use of assessment to inform planning and drive progress
