Noel-Baker Academy is seeking a proactive Safeguarding Officer to protect and promote the welfare of children and young people within the school community. You will work with the Senior Safeguarding Officer and DSL to ensure safeguarding practice is robust and compliant.
You will provide guidance to staff, support referrals to external agencies, maintain safeguarding records and contribute to multi-agency assessments, while promoting a culture where pupils feel safe, listened to and supported.
