Noel Baker Academy is seeking a dedicated EBSA Intervention Lead to join the Learning Support Team.
You will support pupils’ attendance, engagement and wellbeing, under the SENCO’s direction, delivering targeted interventions and contributing to reintegration planning.
You will work with staff, families and external agencies to ensure effective support for pupils facing emotional barriers to learning, while maintaining accurate records and safeguarding commitments.
