Are you passionate about ERP systems and driven to help businesses thrive? At Node4, we support over 750 NAV/Business Central customers, and we’re looking for a dedicated Engagement Manager who can elevate our customer experience and maximise the potential of their systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Happiness: Ensure our customers are happy, well‑served, and fully informed.
- Stay Updated: Regularly engage with customers to keep them abreast of the latest updates, technologies, and Node4 software, as well as third‑party solutions; conduct site visits as needed.
- Deep Understanding: Dive deep into your customer’s business to build comprehensive account plans that enhance processes and drive success.
- Innovation Advocate: Introduce new tools and products, and drive necessary changes by leveraging the extensive services within the Node4 group.
- Customer‑Centric: Prioritise understanding customer needs and making their systems work seamlessly for them.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the Projects Team to manage change requests efficiently.
- Team Synergy: Foster dynamic working relationships with other teams within Node4.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep the CRM system updated with relevant information.
- Identify Opportunities: Spot commercial opportunities and raise change requests as needed.
