Overview
In this role you will serve as the senior technical authority within the 24/7 NOC, owning high‑priority incidents and guiding timely service restoration. You will provide technical leadership across the team to raise incident resolution quality and standardize practices. Working closely with the Team Leader, you’ll reduce repeat incidents and elevate technical standards in a fast-paced, SLA‑driven environment. This position offers exposure to complex networking challenges and a path to mentor others while supporting the company’s transformation and customer outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Own and resolve complex, business‑critical incidents as the escalation point for engineers
- Lead major incident response to ensure coordinated and effective recovery
- Drive technical quality, ticket standards, and resolution approaches
- Mentor and support engineers with troubleshooting and best practices
- Contribute to root cause analysis and reduction of repeat incidents
- Review and ensure quality of tickets, configurations, and documentation
- Maintain clear stakeholder communication during escalations and high‑priority incidents
- Support adherence to SLA, incident, and change management processes
Key requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Support Engineer
- Hands‑on experience with routing, switching, firewalls, and WAN
- Experience in SLA‑driven, managed service environments
- Ability to handle major incidents and complex technical challenges
- Strong mentoring, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience with change control, governance, and best‑practice processes
