About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-assured individual with strong communication skills, adept at collaborating within a team and comfortable engaging with individuals at all organisational levels. The responsibilities include:
- Investigating and resolving incidents with NAV/ D365 BC
- Maintaining accurate incident records
- Escalating when necessary
- Conducting customer handovers
- Documenting processes for key users
- Facilitating knowledge transfer
- Close collaboration with project teams during the hypercare period
- Aiding in the transition of new customers into our onboarding support team
What will you bring?
We are looking for an experienced, motivated and confident person who is a good communicator, works well in a team, and is comfortable talking to people at all levels in the company. They should be curious and show a willingness to learn and question and able to lead customers towards solutions. The person needs to be methodical, have attention to detail and a healthy work ethic. The ideal candidate for this role will be an approachable and pro-active problem solver with a firm understanding of Microsoft Dynamics and related products.
The ideal experience and knowledge required:
- 5 years ‘Dynamics NAV/Business Central’ experience & familiarity with common third-party products
- An enthusiasm and a passion for Microsoft Dynamics, MB-800 Certification preferable
- Initiative and proactive approach with experience working from and with a support desk
- The ability to work on your own and an approachable team player
- Natural “can do” attitude & analytical approach to issues with new customers that may not be documented
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
