About the role
The role of the Solutions Architect is responsible for creating a comprehensive architecture for a solution and providing strategic direction throughout the development process, ensuring that customers receive the outcomes which contractually and operationally meet their requirements through the delivery of technology and process
What you\’ll be doing?
- Designing and developing infrastructure architectures that are scalable, secure, and robust.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, technical teams, and pre-sales to design solutions aligned with customer goals.
- Acting as the go-to infrastructure expert in client meetings, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to delivery.
- Leading the technical conversation and producing clear solution documentation.
- Supporting project management and delivery teams with roadmaps, specifications, and governance.
- Championing best practices, knowledge sharing, and service improvements across the team.
What you will bring?
- Proven experience in a Solutions Architect or similar role.
- Deep understanding of the service lifecycle from idea to implementation.
- Strong technical knowledge across cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), infrastructure architecture, and enterprise environments.
- Experience with frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, and familiarity with Data Centre technologies.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly and confidently.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and a drive to continuously add value.

- Azure Certified Architect or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
