Are you a B2B tech marketer with a passion for Business Applications such as ERP, CRM, Data & Analytics and AI? Do you enjoy owning campaigns end-to-end and turning insights into high-impact demand generation? If so, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing, fast-paced environment. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market activity across our Business Applications portfolio, partnering closely with Sales, Product and Alliances to drive pipeline and support revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Build and execute solution-specific marketing plans aligned to our go-to-market strategy.
- Use market, competitor and customer insights to shape messaging, proposition positioning and campaign direction.
- Working across the wider team to ensure multichannel campaigns (email, digital, events, social, ABM, nurture flows).
- Drive full-funnel demand generation from awareness through to conversion.
- Lead marketing for Business Applications solutions, ensuring strong value propositions and customer-centric messaging.
- Produce high-quality content including web pages, guides, datasheets, case studies, videos and sales tools.
- Plan and manage events such as webinars, roundtables and partner-led activities.
- Work with Microsoft and other key vendors on joint value propositions and co-marketing programmes, including MDF management.
- Ensure brand consistency across all activity, maintaining high standards of messaging and visual identity.
- Manage budgets, suppliers and campaign delivery to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Alliances, Commercial, Delivery and Customer Success teams to align marketing with product roadmaps and customer needs.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in B2B marketing within IT, Tech, MSP or SaaS.
- Proven ability to run measurable demand generation campaigns.
- Experience with Business Applications (e.g. Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM, Data & Analytics) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Experience using martech platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics or similar.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Data-driven approach with experience analysing performance and ROI.
- Experience working with external suppliers, agencies and designers.
- Comfortable collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel when required.

- Familiarity with Microsoft GTM motions, co-sell, solution plays and MDF processes.
- Experience in sales enablement and supporting commercial teams.
