  • Drive commercial impact of events, working with sales teams to: track ROI, pipeline generation and conversion; support lead follow‑up and engagement strategies; measure success against defined KPIs.
  • Manage and forecast the events budget, taking full ownership of cost planning and tracking, supplier negotiation to maximise value, and budget reporting and reforecasting across the programme.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Partners, Leadership), ensuring alignment of event objectives, messaging and outcomes.
  • Lead on supplier and venue management, including negotiation, contracting and performance management to ensure high‑quality delivery and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee all aspects of health & safety and compliance, including risk assessments, supplier documentation and on‑site safety management.
  • Enhance brand visibility and customer engagement through events, ensuring all activity supports wider marketing campaigns and contributes to thought leadership.
  • Support content development including agendas, speaker coordination, branding and attendee experience to ensure events are engaging, relevant and impactful.
  • Continuously improve the events programme by gathering feedback, analysing performance data and implementing improvements.
