Responsibilities
- Customer Happiness: Your primary goal is to ensure our customers are happy, well-served, and fully informed.
- Stay Updated: Regularly engage with customers to keep them abreast of the latest updates, technologies, and Node4 software, as well as third-party solutions.
- Deep Understanding: Dive deep into your customer's business to build comprehensive Account Plans that enhance their processes and drive success.
- Innovation Advocate: Introduce new tools and products, and drive necessary changes by leveraging the extensive services within the Node4 group.
- Customer-Centric: Prioritise understanding customer needs and making their systems work seamlessly for them.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with our Projects Team to manage change requests efficiently.
- Team Synergy: Foster dynamic working relationships with other teams within Node4.
- CRM Maintenance: Keep our CRM system updated with relevant information.
- Identify Opportunities: Spot commercial opportunities and raise change requests as needed.
