Role Description

Node is seeking a full time Leasing & Assistant Property Manager for this unique opportunity to spearhead the pre-launch, launch and stabilisation of our second property in London. The ideal candidate will assist in all elements of residential property management from sales & marketing, leasing, events, front of house and maintenance. This position is a truly unique opportunity for someone to be part of a building launch experience, for someone who is interested in gaining skills in a next generation Residential Property Management Company.

Qualifications

• Must be available weekday evenings and weekends for tours and resident move-ins
• Daily onsite work required: Must be present at the property each day
• Customer Service and Community oriented
• Experience with residential leasing, credit screening and related documentation processes preferred
• Experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is beneficial but not necessary
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with the Greater London rental market is an advantage
• Willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment
• Organizational and problem-solving skills are a plus
