Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in tech recruitment, particularly in software engineering, blockchain, or AI hiring.
  • Existing network in Tech, crypto, AI, or the venture-backed startup ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.).
  • Interest in or exposure to digital assets and decentralised technology.
  • A bachelor's degree, ideally in a STEM discipline.

Really Nice to Have:

  • You have unique ideas on what the next generation of consultancies should look like.
  • Strong social media presence. Whether it's across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, Instagram etc.
  • Keen to get into GTM, Growth and Marketing alongside your recruitment functions.
