We are recruiting for the role of Site Administrator, on behalf of a main contractor who are overseeing the fit out of a new members club located in Quay St, Manchester, which has started and will run until August 2025. The role is to work on a self employed basis and the site administrator duties include:
- Greeting and onboarding site workers/visitors
- Booking inductions
- Uploading site documentation to Procore
- Booking in deliveries using Datascope
- Managing site PPE
- Preparing payment notices for site QS
The contractor is looking for someone to also be able to do handover next Wednesday with the outgoing administrator and will be paid for their time during the handover. Furthermore, the contractor is looking for someone who is proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. We can pay either via a Ltd company or an umbrella company and to hear more then please submit your CV.
