Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants\’ bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we\’re seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager (Europe) to be part of our dynamic team.

Your Mission
Your mission will be to drive growth by connecting merchants with Noda\’s cutting-edge payment solutions. Leveraging your extensive network of online merchants , you’ll identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and position our solutions as essential to their success. Your ability to turn relationships into results will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving business goals and revenue targets in your region;
  • Launching at least 5 relevant clients per month;
  • Expanding Noda\’s presence in the market;
  • Participating in industry conferences;
  • Reporting on sales results;
  • Forecasting quarterly and annual profits.

What Are Your Skills And Experience?

  • 3+ years of experience selling payment solutions (ideally within the Fintech and Open Banking space);
  • Relevant warm network of online merchants in the region (with proof examples);
  • A very strong can-do attitude and focus on delivering results;
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Excellent English knowledge, both verbal and written;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools (experience in Salesforce will be a plus).
