What is Noda?
Noda is reshaping online payments, allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants’ bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK, EU, and Canada (Australia up next!), we’re seeking a talented Account Manager to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
- Taking care of existing accounts with tasks such as onboarding, document collection, and further upselling;
- Attending to clients’ needs;
- Discovering opportunities to cross-sell new products developed by Noda;
- Visiting conferences, scheduling offline meetings with your merchants.
Your skills and experience:
- 2-3+ years of similar work experience in B2B fintech companies (ideally payments/card processing) ;
- Experience working with direct merchants is crucial;
- Upselling experience and the ability to discover mutually beneficial opportunities for cross-selling;
- English, Lithuanian and Russian languages at least at the professional proficiency level (all three are must-have requirements);
- Skilled at creating long-lasting successful business relations;
- Meticulousness with data, ready to do the necessary routine work to maintain various databases (Salesforce, Excel tables);
- Skilled at processing information into high-quality yet easy-to-digest reports;
- Ability to learn fast and work independently.
