Recruitment Consultant
25k – 30k basic + Uncapped commission
Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are an ambitious, hungry for success recruitment agency who specialise within the Health and social sector. We have a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our rapid growing team providing temp and perm staff in a fast-paced, exciting industry where building strong relationships with clients and candidates is key.
The role of a 360 Recruitment Consultant will include:
- Maintaining relationships with clients
- Resourcing via networking and referrals, headhunting, internal database and social media
- Qualifying candidates and providing all necessary information in regards to the role and opportunity (face to face or on the phone)
- Business Development – Building your own portfolio of clients, negotiating rates and managing their expectations/needs
- Taking candidates through interview preparation (face to face or on the phone)
