Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join a vibrant early year’s setting. This role involves supporting the development, learning, and wellbeing of children aged 2–5 years through engaging, play-based experiences in line with the EYFS framework. You will be part of a dedicated and supportive team where your knowledge and creativity are valued. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage)
- Support children aged 2–5 with their learning, development, and wellbeing
- Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Observe, assess, and track children’s progress using developmental records
- Plan activities that promote school readiness and early learning goals
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating nursery environment
- Work as part of a supportive early year’s team
