About the Role
We are looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers, providing care and support to vulnerable adults and older people in their own homes.
You will support people to maintain their independence, dignity, choice, privacy and wellbeing, while delivering safe and person-centred support tailored to their individual needs.

Requirements for Community Care Worker
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a care setting
- Care Certificate or equivalent qualification
- Experience supporting vulnerable adults and older people
- Current DBS on the Update Service or willingness to complete the required checks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient and respectful approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to follow individual care and support plans
