About the Role We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to join our team in delivering person-centred care that makes a real difference to people’s lives. Our services cover a wide range of needs including dementia, respite, residential, nursing, and younger person’s care. Requirements for Support Worker: * Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with Dementia & Young Person care * Current DBS on the Update Service * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients\’ individual needs. * Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential. * A valid driving license is desirable but not required.
