Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are an ambitious, hungry for success recruitment agency who specialise within the Social Care Sector. We have a great opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our rapidly growing team in a fast-paced, exciting industry where building strong relationships with candidates is key.
We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working, money-hungry individual who is self-motivated and wants to progress their career within recruitment. Experience in the industry is not a must as full training will be provided.
You will be working as a Recruitment Resourcer for 6-12 months before getting promoted to a full 360 Recruitment Consultant whilst learning the role.
The role of a 180 Recruitment Resourcer will include:
- Actively sourcing candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, headhunting and internal database
- Write, place and update adverts whilst also monitoring responses and applications
- Full training will be provided.
- Driven and ambitious, keen to develop your recruitment career long-term
