About the Role We are looking for experienced, compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Community Care Workers , providing care and support to vulnerable adults and older people in their own homes. You will support people to maintain their independence, dignity, choice, privacy and wellbeing, while delivering safe and person-centred support tailored to their individual needs. What You Will Be Doing: Helping service users with everyday tasks such as meals, mobility and personal care. Providing companionship, reassurance and emotional support. Encouraging service users to stay independent, active and connected with their community. Following individual care plans and adapting support to each persons needs and preferences. Supporting with medication where required and reporting any concerns about wellbeing. Helping with light household tasks and accompanying service users on activities or outings where needed. Building positive relationships with service users and their families. Treating everyone with kindness, dignity and respect while helping them feel safe and supported.
