Requirements for Care Assistant: Minimum of 1 years experience working with Dementia & Young Person care Current DBS on the Update Service Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients\’ individual needs. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
