I'm looking for a UK hire for my London digital operations and marketing agency. We offer conversion-focused web design and development, SEO, PPC, Meta ads, email automation, and digital strategy, helping clients who sell products or services online do it more profitably through better efficiency and increased sales.

The role is focused on account management, project management, and marketing strategy, with the aim of freeing me up to bring on more clients and scale the business.

Experience

No specific experience required, but you must be data-driven, organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Strong IT skills and a technical mindset are essential.

Salary & Contract

£30k p.a. on an initial 3-month contract with standard benefits, which we aim to extend if things go well. If you add value and help free up my time to grow the business, your salary and position should scale with the company, with the potential for share options down the line.
