What You Will Do

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key commercial clients, ensuring an understanding of their evolving needs and business goals.
  • Analyze customer requirements and recommend tailored HVAC solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Design HVAC systems that meet the specific requirements of each commercial project, ensuring optimal functionality and efficiency.
  • Create and present comprehensive design-build proposals, including detailed cost estimates, timelines, and project specifications.
  • Partner with project team to ensure the technical and practical feasibility of proposals, guaranteeing accuracy and viability.
  • Promote and secure preventive maintenance (PM) contracts with both new and existing clients, driving recurring revenue.
  • Skillfully negotiate and close sales contracts while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure prompt, accurate quotes for projects and equipment, while meeting customer expectations.
  • Prepare, submit, and follow up on precise quotes for HVAC projects and unitary equipment to secure new business.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions to enhance skills and keep up with industry advancements.
