Overview: NOCN Group is an international charity delivering future‑fit skills solutions with social impact. We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support high‑volume recruitment of contracted End Point Assessors.
Key Duties:
- Headhunting and engaging End Point Assessors using LinkedIn and other tools.
- Managing recruitment administration from attraction to onboarding.
- Supporting interviews and assessor engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory, right‑to‑work and data protection requirements.
- Maintaining assessor records, CPD logs and conflict of interest declarations.
- Supporting wider HR administration and team activities.
About you:
- Experienced in a demanding administrative role.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or End Point Assessment is desirable.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident managing multiple priorities and high‑volume inboxes.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with confidential data.
