We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of NOCN Group\βs qualifications, end point assessment (EPA) services, and skills solutions across a designated region. In this role, you will manage key strategic accounts, build strong partnerships with employers and training providers, and create new opportunities that support our mission to deliver high-quality education and skills outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver sales targets agreed in the business plan for your area.
- Monitor and report on all sales and business development activity for your geographic region, reporting into the Group Head of Business Development, SLT and the Board.
- Plan and prepare presentations on NOCN Group products to sell our service to employers and providers.
- Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
- Ensure that sales income is increased in line with allocated annual business budget / organisational targets.
- Proactively identify and develop opportunities for new streams of income from potential clients or contracts.
About You
- Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy
- Educated to Level 4 minimum, ideally in a related discipline (Award / Certificate / NVQ / Diploma / Higher Apprenticeship / HNC / CertHE)
- Experience of working in education or related discipline
- Experience of proactive cold calling
- Recent experience of Account Management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
