We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead the growth of NOCN Group\’s qualifications, end point assessment (EPA) services, and skills solutions across a designated region. In this role, you will manage key strategic accounts, build strong partnerships with employers and training providers, and create new opportunities that support our mission to deliver high-quality education and skills outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver sales targets agreed in the business plan for your area.
  • Monitor and report on all sales and business development activity for your geographic region, reporting into the Group Head of Business Development, SLT and the Board.
  • Plan and prepare presentations on NOCN Group products to sell our service to employers and providers.
  • Communicate new product developments to prospective clients.
  • Ensure that sales income is increased in line with allocated annual business budget / organisational targets.
  • Proactively identify and develop opportunities for new streams of income from potential clients or contracts.

About You

  • Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy
  • Educated to Level 4 minimum, ideally in a related discipline (Award / Certificate / NVQ / Diploma / Higher Apprenticeship / HNC / CertHE)
  • Experience of working in education or related discipline
  • Experience of proactive cold calling
  • Recent experience of Account Management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
