Human Resources Operations Manager | Business and Human Resource Management
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our People Support and Development Team. In this varied role, youβll provide essential administrative support across all areas of HR, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, managing HRIS data, supporting recruitment from job adverts to onboarding, and assisting with induction, learning and development, and employee engagement activities. A key part of the role involves end-to-end recruitment administration for End Point Assessors, including headhunting, arranging interviews, and completing pre-employment checks.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a demanding administrative role, managing multiple high-volume inboxes, working with confidential data, and delivering excellent customer service both in person and remotely. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential, along with a flexible and collaborative approach.
