Freelance End Point Assessor – Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician

About

NOCN is the market leading provider of apprentice End Point Assessments in England, appointed to assess more apprenticeship standards than any other provider. NOCN is Government-registered, and truly independent to ensure robust and accurate assessments of apprentices.

We are now looking for suitably qualified people to become freelance contracted End Point Assessors for the MOET apprenticeship standard. We are particularly interested in anyone who can assess Electrical, Mechanical or Electromechanical engineering.

The Role

The Freelance End Point Assessor role involves assessing candidates in the final stages of their apprenticeship. For Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician, these elements consist of a Knowledge Assessment, Practical Observation and a Technical Interview. NOCN will provide full training on our internal quality assurance processes and how to conduct these.

Role Requirements

  • Hold a L3 assessing qualification
  • L4 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
  • Have relevant and current CPD with the plant maintenance industry
