We are seeking a motivated and professional Examinations Support Officer to join our Examinations team. Reporting to the Senior Examinations Officer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality services aligned with NOCN's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the examinations process from start to finish
  • Format and prepare exam materials
  • Track bookings, scripts, and results
  • Process reasonable adjustments and support malpractice procedures
  • Manage remote invigilation and exam records
  • Maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance
  • Liaise with teams, centres, and external partners
  • Help improve exam processes and systems

About You

  • Strong administration and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Customer-focused and adaptable
  • Experience formatting documents
  • Able to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Experience in exams, invigilation, or regulated environments is desirable
